MuMA Hut is one of the most praised huts, adored by guests and architect publications alike. The “tiny house” was built through voluntary efforts in a local’s orchard part of WeWilder Village Campus. Located in the Old Village of Armeniș, it welcomes guests who want to experience wildlife both outside and inside the cottage with an audacious window onto the landscape. MuMA is an invitation to a more immersive living experience in nature, close to the free roaming bison in the South Western part of the Carpathian Mountains in Romania.
While lying in the hammock, you can listen to a variety of birds, like tits, black birds, orioles or even owls, at night.
Lie on your back and admire the wealth of the sky through the very generous window.
There are many places in and around the hut where you can chill and dream: the porch, the meadow, the hammock or plainly the bed from inside.
This is an instrument that keeps giving back to nature by funding small conservation projects to help maintain the wildness of the area. The fund is managed by WWF involving locals in choosing and implementing the local projects. From small river restoration projects to reducing pressure on certain habitats, we give back 10% of what you pay to nature.
