Eat only from farm to table with living culinary experiences amongst locals, with forreaged or traditional ingredients and craft drinks from small producers in the region.
For those goodies we cannot source from local suppliers (like soaps, textiles, plates, coffee, wine and beer) we work with small craft makers from the region; we encourage you not to bring your own drinks form mainstream produces so you too can contribute to the local, circular, artisanal and small scale economy;
