Get to know the local culture through your taste buds. The courses are prepared by our loved local Dosia, in collaboration with a passionate duo of city folk chefs, Bene and Noemi, who have great creativity, experience and heart. All produce is locally sourced and is contributing to the local economy and low impact on nature. The experience can be booked by couples, groups of friends or teams of maximum 20 people. Our 7 years experience in working with the local community has helped us refine a menu praised by people from all over the world.

Where bison roam free & wild
We are based in the Southern Carpathians near the Bison Hillock rewilding area, where over 100 bison roam free across one of Europe's most bio-diverse natural landscapes. Experience this wilderness for yourself and activate your everyday nature awareness. Your participation directly contributes to this rewilding initiative by engaging the local community and supporting local green services.
Trip Tips
10% of revenues are dedicated to creating a community conservation fund
This is an instrument that keeps giving back to nature by funding small conservation projects to help maintain the wildness of the area. The fund is managed by WWF involving locals in choosing and implementing the local projects. From small river restoration projects to reducing pressure on certain habitats, we give back 10% of what you pay to nature.
