Last summer we "took to the streets", better said to the trails, a new product from our kitchen, dried food packs and put them to the test of real nature trotters. The feedback was overwhelming and it seems that our more sophisticated recipes made us stand out and shine to any of the products out there. Who said trail food need to be bland an boring? The truth is that our approach to offering a great experience for the taste buds, even if you are "out there" was the result of wanting to use as many local seasonal produce as possible, buy from as many local farmers or pickers as possible over the course of a season. After 3 trial runs, we're confident there is great appetite and a market for trail cuisine from good terroir. We want to take the next step this winter, test and effect our recipes, find the right packaging solution and run a bigger trial in partnership with a wildlife photography collective. We need your support to level up our work!

We strive to keep alive farming with biodiversity and motivate locals to maintain traditional practices. Dried trail food makes seasonal produce live yearlong.

We are a social enteprprise, a partnership between local community members and WWF Romania. We bring people around the table to and new ideas to life, where bison roam freely.
